Sales Administrator

LGI design and develop a wide range of specialised illumination products. We are at the forefront of electroluminescent lighting technology, and as such we are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our ever-expanding business.

Experience of purchasing would be beneficial to the role, and previous experience within office admin is essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Must be able to use a word processing packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point.
  • Audio and copy type if required.
  • Raise job bags for works orders, and issue to production.
  • Write letters.
  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries, pass to relevant person, using an email system (e.g. Outlook)
  • Photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
  • Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • Create and maintain filing and other office systems
  • Keep diaries and arrange appointments
  • Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes – shorthand would be an advantage
  • Book meeting room and conference facilities
  • Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
  • Order and maintain stationery and equipment
  • Organise travel and accommodation for staff.

Telesales Executive

LGI is seeking an experienced and driven Telesales Executives who is ready to build and service a base of international clients across a broad range of industries, from the Emergency services, to construction and rail.

Key responsibilities:

  • To identify potential customers by qualifying databases
  • To follow up leads produced by the qualifying process
  • To maintain regular contact with customers to ensure they are fully stocked with products
  • To effectively communicate all orders to the administration function in line with company processes

As Telesales Executive you will be:

A proactive, confident and competent Telesales Executive with a minimum of 4 years’ experience within the telesales industry. You will have a track record of successfully identifying, qualifying and developing customers. You will also be able to demonstrate ability in maintaining and servicing customer relationships.

Accounts Assistant C. £16,000 - £22,500

The requirement is assistance and help with the maintenance of the computerised accounting records, including purchase ledger and raising payments, journal postings and general assistance with accounting functions and supporting the credit control and sales department where required. Part-time or full time position available, minimum one years experience and knowledge of Sage software.

Area Sales Representative

AirPack Systems Ltd is the leading European supplier of the world class AirPaq packaging systems and is looking to further strengthen its sales team by recruiting an aspirational, energetic Area Sales Representative.

The role will be covering the Midlands initially and has potential for the right individual to progress to International Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities;

  • To establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in an assigned territory/market segment to generate new business.
  • To meet area sales targets by promoting and demonstrating AirPack Systems’ products and services either over the telephone and at face to face meetings, presentations or trade shows.
  • Providing technical support in selecting/designing products best suited to needs and budgets.
  • Keeping existing customer database up to date with all activities.
  • Undertaking telephone marketing activities to existing and prospective clients.
